Maybe a situation arose that caught you so completely off guard that you make STD testing as Priority One on today's agenda.

Whatever the reason, we are here to help you through this process.

The nucleus of our company consists of our counselor/coordinators; highly qualified professionals whose function is to help you through any emotional stress that may accompany these tests, to arrange for you to be tested at the clinical laboratory closest to you, and to discuss your test results with you the next day.

Your personal identity is not known to us, and we are totally nonjudgmental, so you can be as candid as you deem
necessary if you wish to discuss your reasons for testing.

EXACT PROTOCOL

After you have called and discussed your concerns with one of our counselor/coordinator's and it is determined that you wish to be tested, you will be assigned a patient I.D. code, along with the location of the clinical laboratory closest to you. When you present yourself at the lab, you need only state that you are a client of Medical Screening Services, and provide them with the patient code that you were assigned (we will have already faxed your order to the lab). The lab is instructed not to request any personal information; therefore your confidentiality is assured.

The next day (or date otherwise specified), you may call Medical Screening Services for results; your results will be discussed by the same counselor you spoke to on initial contact. Furthermore, you may request a copy of the laboratory report for your personal physician and/or for your records. These results may be faxed, or e-mailed pursuant to your instructions.
